AI PornDude respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 1. DMCA Notification

If you believe that content available on or through our Site infringes one or more of your copyrights, please immediately notify our Copyright Agent by submitting a written DMCA notice ("Infringement Notice"). Your notice must include substantially the following:

2. Counter-Notification

• Your physical or electronic signature;

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

3. Third-Party Websites

AI PornDude is primarily a directory and review site that links to third-party websites. While we take copyright infringement seriously for our own content, we cannot control or remove content from third-party websites. If you believe that content on a third-party website listed in our directory infringes your copyright, please contact that website directly through their DMCA procedures.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the listing of repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a website or service that has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from our directory more than twice.

5. AI-Generated Content Considerations

Many websites listed in our directory use artificial intelligence to generate content. The legal landscape around copyright for AI-generated content is evolving. We take claims of copyright infringement involving AI-generated content seriously and will address them according to the DMCA process outlined above.
